# What You Need:

→ Dough

01 - 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
03 - 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1 tsp salt

→ Garlic Butter Topping

08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
11 - Pinch of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 6–8 minutes until smooth.
03 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
04 - Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls and place in a greased baking dish.
05 - Cover and let rise for 30 minutes until puffy. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
06 - Bake rolls for 18–20 minutes until golden brown on top.
07 - In a small saucepan, melt butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Stir in fresh parsley.
08 - Brush warm rolls generously with garlic butter and serve immediately!
