In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 6–8 minutes until smooth.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls and place in a greased baking dish.

Cover and let rise for 30 minutes until puffy. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Bake rolls for 18–20 minutes until golden brown on top.

In a small saucepan, melt butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Stir in fresh parsley.
