# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
04 - 1 tsp salt
05 - 3/4 cup warm milk
06 - 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder
09 - 2 tsp red food coloring

→ Filling

10 - 1 cup brown sugar
11 - 2 tbsp cocoa powder
12 - 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
13 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Cream Cheese Glaze

14 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
15 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
16 - 1 cup powdered sugar
17 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
18 - 2-3 tbsp milk (for thinning)

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, food coloring, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
02 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-6 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
03 - In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
04 - Roll the dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter over the surface, then sprinkle evenly with filling mixture.
05 - Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Cut into 12 equal rolls and place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
06 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes or until puffy and cooked through.
07 - Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth and pourable.
08 - Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and enjoy!
