Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Print-Friendly Version)

01 - 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips

→ Marinade

02 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Parmesan Coating

06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
08 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
02 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
03 - In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and parsley.
04 - Brush chicken skewers lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture generously over the chicken, pressing gently so it sticks.
05 - Grill over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
