In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese until well mixed.

Place chicken breasts evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken breasts, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
