# What You Need:

→ For the Sliders

01 - 1½ – 2 lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)
02 - Salt & pepper, to taste
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil
04 - Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
05 - Optional toppings: cheese slices, sautéed onions, arugula, pickles

→ For the Cowboy Butter

06 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
10 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes
11 - 1 tsp lemon juice
12 - ½ tsp paprika
13 - ¼ tsp salt
14 - ¼ tsp black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and set aside.
02 - Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Season generously on both sides with salt and pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and cook to desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness). Brush with some of the cowboy butter during the last minute of cooking.
04 - Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
05 - Lightly toast the slider buns if desired. Brush the inside of buns with cowboy butter, add sliced steak, and top with optional toppings. Drizzle with additional cowboy butter if desired.
06 - Arrange sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately while warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - The cowboy butter can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Simply reheat before using.
02 - For extra flavor, marinate the steak in some of the cowboy butter for 30 minutes before cooking.
