In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and set aside.

Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Season generously on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and cook to desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness). Brush with some of the cowboy butter during the last minute of cooking.

Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.

Lightly toast the slider buns if desired. Brush the inside of buns with cowboy butter, add sliced steak, and top with optional toppings. Drizzle with additional cowboy butter if desired.

Arrange sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately while warm.
