09 - 4 large flour tortillas
10 - 1 tbsp olive oil
11 - Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and slice into strips.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocado, tomato, red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Gently toss to combine.
03 - Lay each flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Distribute sliced chicken, avocado mixture, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt evenly among the tortillas.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly to form burritos. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and grill each burrito for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
05 - Slice each burrito in half diagonally and serve immediately while warm. Accompany with extra sauce or salsa if desired.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper to the filling.
02 - These burritos can be made ahead and refrigerated, then reheated in a skillet or microwave for a quick meal.
